You'll receive a soft warning at 80% usage. At 100%, new signature requests are blocked until the next billing cycle. Unused signature envelopes do not roll over. If you need more, upgrade to a higher plan for additional capacity.

The Business plan includes 500K tokens per month and Business Plus includes 5M tokens per month. You'll receive a warning at 80% usage, and AI features are paused when the limit is reached. Token allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle.

Choose annual billing to save 20% compared to monthly pricing. You pay once for the full year upfront at the discounted rate. Annual plans include the same features and limits as the monthly equivalent. You can cancel at any time, but refunds are not available for unused portions of an annual subscription.
